    • You can also try Promix’s strawberry isolate protein in this recipe!
  • 1 tbsp oats or oat flour

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

How to Make It

  1. Add all ingredients (except the yogurt and strawberries for topping) to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased, microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. (Tip: use at least a 10–12 oz dish, as it rises while cooking!)
  3. Microwave for 1–1.5 minutes until the cake is fluffy and set.
  4. Let cool slightly, then top with vanilla Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries.
  5. Grab a spoon and enjoy your healthier strawberry shortcake! 🫶

Tips & Substitutions

  • Make it dairy-free: Use a plant-based protein powder and dairy-free yogurt.
  • Want it sweeter? Add a little extra maple syrup or a few drops of liquid stevia.
  • Boost the strawberry flavor: Mix some chopped strawberries directly into the batter before microwaving.
  • For a lower-carb, lower-calorie option: use a zero-calorie sweetener like monk fruit or stevia
  • Gluten free: Make sure your oats are certified gluten-free!
  • Meal prep it: Blend the dry ingredients ahead of time so you can quickly whip up the cake whenever the craving hits.
