Stuffed Figs and Melon Wrapped Prosciutto

Serve this delectable plate for appetizers of afternoon tea. Simple to make.

6 fresh figs

2 ounces goat cheese

3 slices of prosciutto

6 2-inch size pieces of melon

1 bunch of grapes

  1. Rinse the figs and remove the stems. Using a knife, make a slit down the center and then across as if you were cutting the figs into quarters, leaving the bottom intact. Open the figs and stuff with cheese.
  2. Cut the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Wrap around the melon.
  3. Rinse the grapes and arrange all on a serving plate.
